Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to potential borrowers and helping them to secure the best possible mortgage rates and terms. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential borrowers to assess their financial needs and goals
• Research and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and terms
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients
• Liaise with lenders and underwriters to ensure a smooth application process
• Keep clients informed of the progress of their mortgage applications
• Follow up with clients after closing to ensure their satisfaction
• Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents and financial advisors
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

What we’re offering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or Financial Advisor
• Proven track record of success in originating mortgages
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and terms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
